With 24 years of precast experience, Paul leads our team of 65 - Supervisors, QA Managers, Precasters and Steel Fixers.
Paul prides himself on setting our quality standards at 100% and inspiring the team to do the same. We never settle for 99%.
Paul started with Precast HQ in 2017 and has played an integral role in setting up our operating processes and standards. He started out as a precaster in 1999 and has developed into an exceptional man manager - one of the best leaders in the precast industry today.

With a background in fine art restoration and over five years at Precast HQ, Magda brings unmatched precision and an expert eye for colour to every project. Her leadership and attention to detail ensure our concrete elements look flawless, making her a key player in our site works and remedial sector.

Sam plays a pivotal role in overseeing Health and Safety initiatives and fostering a positive company culture at Precast HQ. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and team engagement, she is passionate about creating a cohesive and thriving workplace environment.
