Guy’s passionate about truly understanding Precast HQ's client needs. He embodies all our values and is constantly working on improving how we operate, guaranteeing our client’s best interests are at the forefront of our operation.
Guy's role at Precast HQ is to lead our pre-construction teams and ensure our methodologies and production schedules are set up for success.
Guy has spent 12 years in the construction industry. Successfully delivering, Civil Infrastructure and Commercial Building projects across New Zealand and the UK. He loves using his experience and technical expertise to help our clients get the best results from our work.

Paul Aviata.
Director/Operations Manager

With 24 years of precast experience, Paul leads our team of 65 - Supervisors, QA Managers, Precasters and Steel Fixers.
Paul prides himself on setting our quality standards at 100% and inspiring the team to do the same. We never settle for 99%.
Paul started with Precast HQ in 2017 and has played an integral role in setting up our operating processes and standards. He started out as a precaster in 1999 and has developed into an exceptional man manager - one of the best leaders in the precast industry today.
Magda Lewkowicz
Site Works Manager / Ecotone and Ecoclean Technician

With a background in fine art restoration and over five years at Precast HQ, Magda brings unmatched precision and an expert eye for colour to every project. Her leadership and attention to detail ensure our concrete elements look flawless, making her a key player in our site works and remedial sector.

Sam Martin
HR / Health & Safety / Environmental Manager
