Guy’s passionate about truly understanding Precast HQ's client needs. He embodies all our values and is constantly working on improving how we operate, guaranteeing our client’s best interests are at the forefront of our operation.
Guy's role at Precast HQ is to lead our pre-construction teams and ensure our methodologies and production schedules are set up for success.
Guy has spent 12 years in the construction industry. Successfully delivering, Civil Infrastructure and Commercial Building projects across New Zealand and the UK. He loves using his experience and technical expertise to help our clients get the best results from our work.

Paul Aviata.
Director/Operations Manager

With 24 years of precast experience, Paul leads our team of 65 - Supervisors, QA Managers, Precasters and Steel Fixers.
Paul prides himself on setting our quality standards at 100% and inspiring the team to do the same. We never settle for 99%.
Paul started with Precast HQ in 2017 and has played an integral role in setting up our operating processes and standards. He started out as a precaster in 1999 and has developed into an exceptional man manager - one of the best leaders in the precast industry today.
Jameel Sarbudeen
Commercial Manager

Jameel is professional in his approach, has an excellent eye for detail and has a thorough understanding of the elements involved in making Precast Concrete.
Jameel embodies the Precast HQ value of 'No Smoke and Mirrors' and runs a no surprises approach with our clients when it comes to commercial management.
Through aptitude, hard work and great communication skills, Jameel moved through the ranks rapidly at Precast HQ. He now heads our estimating and quantity surveying teams and is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the team to ensure we are operating at our full potential.

Sam Martin
HR and Health and Safety Manager

Sam plays a pivotal role in overseeing Health and Safety initiatives and fostering a positive company culture at Precast HQ. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and team engagement, she is passionate about creating a cohesive and thriving workplace environment.
At Precast HQ, prioritizing Health and Safety is paramount, and we take this responsibility seriously. Sam diligently ensures that all health and safety protocols are not only met but exceeded, both within our facilities and on-site projects.
Beyond her dedication to Health and Safety, Sam is committed to nurturing the potential of individuals within our organization. She actively supports our leaders and teams in their professional development endeavours, aligning with our value of ”Grow the Team Achieve the Dream”
Jaiganesh Devarajan

JD started with us in 2021 as a project manager. He is focused and determined to get results for his clients.
JD’s eagerness and process-driven nature ensured nothing gets missed. He is always willing to go above and beyond and never misses a beat.
JD is always looking for ways to improve and ensures he gets the best result for his clients and for our team - You’ll be in safe hands with this one!
