Shop Drawings
As a young technology-focused company, we pride ourselves on our shop drawing abilities. A mixture of experience, coupled with youth and energy. Our shop drawing process sets us apart from our competitors. We have experienced in-house draftspeople which improves accuracy, quality and lead time. Where applicable, we can produce shop drawings in Revit by adding a level of development to an existing BIM model.
Manufacturing
Our manufacturing facility is purpose-built to manufacture, store and deliver jobs of all sizes and complexity, whether it be an 11- storey hotel, 200-panel warehouse, or a residential house. Our steel casting tables have been designed by industry experts and have a reticulated heating system to accelerate and control curing, increasing strength and reducing the chance of damage during demould. We also have in-house reinforcing fixers, to ensure that we have control of our full manufacturing process.
Delivery
Precast HQ partners with the largest transporters of precast products in the country. We have a wide range of specialized trailers to ensure product is delivered safely and on time.
